What You’ll Do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across target industries.
  • Drive outbound lead generation via cold calls, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct market research for segmentation, targeting, and lead qualification.
  • Develop sales collateral (email templates, outreach scripts, follow-ups).
  • Support marketing & sales initiatives (webinars, campaigns, newsletters).
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot), ensure smooth handover of leads to sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing & business development to align messaging and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
  • Experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation preferred (not mandatory).
  • Interest in technology-driven sales; engineering background is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with tools like Lusha, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, EasyLeadz is a plus.
  • Exposure to the technology or industrial sector.
