Purpose/Objective

Redevelopment of various properties of 33(9)A

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Help BD team in engaging with BMC, MHADA, etc. to get information duly approved by the planning agencies for the design team to prepare brief. - Engage with BMC for the following: - Conversion of VLT into tenancies. - Layouts of all BMC properties. - Resolving issue of residential property converted to commercial. - Finalizing plan on redevelopment for each property. - Assist in engaging with societies to make them agreeable to the redevelopment while consent is not required. - Keep relevant information (Demarcation, tenant data, entitlement data, etc.) for all 33(9) properties. - Assist in engaging with 33(9)A Industrial user to understand their requirement

Qualifications and Experience

MBA or PGDM from Good B-schools (NICMAR may also work) with 8 - 12 years' experience in Real Estate company in similar capacity. The candidate should have a strong technical background, particularly in the real estate sector - The candidate must be well-versed in regulatory requirements and procedures related to property redevelopment - The role requires excellent negotiation skills to engage with external stakeholders like BMC and MHADA - Experience in property redevelopment projects is essential - The candidate should possess strong leadership and managerial skills - The ability to work collaboratively with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service is crucial - The candidate should be focused on achieving results and meeting project deadlines - High ethical standards and integrity are required for this role
