About the Role:

  • The Lead – Distribution will own LXME’s referral and DSA-driven growth engine, building a scalable product that fuels AUM and revenue.
  • You’ll drive two parallel programs — the ARN-based IFA network and the Mentor Program (non-ARN) ensuring each delivers predictable activation, retention, and earnings. This is a high-impact role for a fintech operator who blends sales execution with process excellence.


What You’ll Build / Lead / Own:

1.) ARN-Based Channel (IFA Network)

  • Identify, onboard, and activate registered IFAs across key markets.
  • Manage revenue-sharing models, operations, and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and transparent payout governance.

2.) Non-ARN Mentor Program

  • Build LXME’s internal referral network of mentors and agents.
  • Own onboarding, certification, training, and retention programs.
  • Lead mentor-leaders managing local pods.

3.) Performance & Growth

  • Track channel funnel: recruitment → activation → AUM contribution.
  • Own AUM & revenue targets for both channel

4.) Operations & Governance

  • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and billing systems for both channels.
  • Collaborate with Training & Quality to standardize capability programs.
  • Work with technology team & product team to work on partnership digital asset.


What Success Looks Like:

  • Active IFAs and Mentors recruited, activated & retained.
  • Channel AUM growth % and revenue contribution.
  • Activation / Repeat Investment ratios.
  • Billing and payout accuracy.
  • Compliance adherence and audit readiness.
  • Process efficiency improvements tracked quarterly.

Who You Are:

  • A fintech sales operator with experience in DSA / IFA distribution and channel performance.
  • Data-driven, disciplined, and comfortable owning P&L impact.
  • Skilled in partner onboarding, training, and field enablement.
  • Collaborative leader who can work with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Passionate about LXME’s mission to make finance accessible for women.

Qualifications & Experience:

8–12 years in BFSI / fintech channel management, ideally DSA or IFA ecosystem.

Proven record of building scalable partner networks with measurable revenue.

Deep understanding of mutual-fund operations, billing flows & compliance.

Excellent stakeholder, communication, and analytical skills.

NISM V-A certification preferred.
