Lead - Distribution (Fintech Sales)

Role Overview: As the Lead Distribution at LXME, you will be responsible for owning LXME's referral and DSA-driven growth engine. Your primary focus will be on building a scalable product that drives AUM and revenue, while ensuring predictable activation, retention, and earnings. This role is crucial for a fintech operator who excels in sales execution and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and activate registered IFAs across key markets for the ARN-Based Channel (IFA Network). - Manage revenue-sharing models, operations, and billing accuracy for the ARN-Based Channel. - Build LXME's internal referral network of mentors and agents for the Non-ARN Mentor Program. - Own onboarding, certification, training, and retention programs for the Non-ARN Mentor Program. - Lead mentor-leaders managing local pods for the Non-ARN Mentor Program. - Track channel funnel including recruitment, activation, and AUM contribution for Performance & Growth. - Own AUM & revenue targets for both channels under Performance & Growth. - Maintain MIS, dashboards, and billing systems for both channels under Operations & Governance. - Collaborate with Training & Quality to standardize capability programs under Operations & Governance. - Work with the technology team and product team on partnership digital asset under Operations & Governance. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in BFSI/fintech channel management, preferably in DSA or IFA ecosystem. - Proven record of building scalable partner networks with measurable revenue. - Deep understanding of mutual-fund operations, billing flows, and compliance. - Excellent stakeholder, communication, and analytical skills. - NISM V-A certification is preferred.
