Your Role And Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain Develeopment infrastructure using modern automation tools and best practices.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably OpenShift).
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to support architecture and application modernization initiatives.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance automation, observability, and system performance.
- Support cloud adoption and migration strategies

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
6–12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and system administration. Proficient in Linux/Unix command line and system management. Strong expertise in Docker and containerization concepts. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably OCP). Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash or similar). Strong understanding of distributed systems and application scaling principles. Good understanding of microservice architectures and related deployment patterns
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation. Experience working with public cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
