Job Summary

Lead DevOps Engineer Azure

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain

  resilient Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

  environments ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Monitor and manage

  cloud infrastructure costs

  with optimization strategies to prevent budget overruns.
• Continuously monitor

  system health, performance, and availability

  to ensure platform reliability.
• Drive adoption and usage of

  Azure DevOps boards, code repositories, build and release pipelines.

• Implement

  DevSecOps

  practices to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and ensure infrastructure compliance.
• Automate

  security checks, vulnerability scans

  , and enforce secure code delivery processes.
• Define governance and standards for Azure DevOps usage and adoption across teams.
• Evaluate and integrate

  new DevOps tools and capabilities

  to accelerate software delivery.
• Provide

  production support

  for Azure and on-premise hosted applications (VMs, Cloud Services, Storage Accounts, Traffic Manager, etc.).
• Design and implement

  system security, data assurance

  , and compliance best practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement

  Azure service offerings

  to enhance infrastructure performance.

Job Requirement:

• 7+ years

  of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably

  Microsoft Azure

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

  or similar Kubernetes offerings; migration experience to Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong experience with

  Azure DevOps

  , CI/CD, and automation tools such as

  Ansible, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, VSTS

  , etc.
• Hands-on with

  Git, Maven, Ant, Nexus, Chef, and Puppet.

• Solid understanding of

  Azure provisioning

  (Dev/Test/Prod environments) using

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  via

  Azure CLI and PowerShell.

• Deep expertise across Azure services:

  Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Blobs, SQL Databases, Virtual Networks, Traffic Manager, Automation, Active Directory, CDN, and Cache.

• Ability to debug and optimize

  .NET applications

  as part of performance improvement processes.
• Strong communication skills able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in

  Agile/DevOps

  environments with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.
