Lead Data Engineer

Role Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the reporting on Adobe Analytics across digital platforms.
  

• Create dashboards/reports to identify patterns, provide insights, support business goals
  

• Validate and troubleshoot analytics data to maintain reporting accuracy and consistency
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and KPIs
  

• Stay current with Adobe product updates and digital analytics best practices
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analytics engineers.

Years of Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  

• 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Adobe Analytics
  

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including Workspace, Report Builder, and Analysis Workspace
  

• Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues
  

• Solid experience with Omniture and its integration with Adobe Analytics
  

• Familiarity with BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  

• Adobe Analytics certification
  

• Experience with JavaScript and web technologies for custom tagging solutions
  

• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  

• Knowledge of customer journey analytics and attribution modeling
