We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead-Brand Management for our Eyecare division. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the eyecare market.


Role Overview:

The Head Marketing - Eyewear will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for the Eyewear business, ensuring the brand stands out in a highly competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, a creative mindset, and expertise in integrated communications. This leadership role will be pivotal in elevating brand positioning, driving our ambitious business growth, and fostering deep customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Collaborate across executive, product, sales, design, and manufacturing teams to maintain unified messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies proactively to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives and manage all communications to ensure a consistent voice across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of impactful content, including thought leadership pieces, social media campaigns, newsletters, and videos.
  • Drive creative campaigns that shape perception, foster emotional connection, and reinforce brand values.
  • Manage partnerships with media agencies, vendors, and brand ambassadors to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Leverage market insights and consumer behaviour analysis to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Track and report performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve targets and improve ROI.
  • Define KPIs for communication initiatives and use analytics to measure engagement, sentiment, and business impact.
  • Champion adoption of emerging technologies and digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team of seven members.
  • Optimize budgets and strategies dynamically to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.

Team Size: 7 members

Work Experience

Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree from a premier college in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the FMCG, retail, or eyewear sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching successful campaigns with tangible results in awareness, engagement, and market share.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and budget management skills, with a track record of delivering ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and public relations.
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a passion for brand-building and continuous improvement.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, focused on delivering ambitious brand and business goals.
