The founders of Frontlyne are passionate about learning and technology. They have been teachers in past and have an educational background in EdTech and Psychology for Tier 1 Universities. 


What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Lead – B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of our outbound sales pipeline and lead a team of SDRs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity. The Lead SDR will play a key role in driving qualified leads, improving outreach strategies, and ensuring the SDR team meets its targets. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and passionate about scaling outbound sales.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using various tools and platforms.
  • Personally conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and identify their fit for Frontlyne’s solution.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for sales team members.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve outreach and lead generation goals.
  • Review and optimise outreach scripts and email sequences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign messaging and targeting.
  • Track SDR performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and lead management in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Nurture long-term prospects and re-engage cold leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine prospecting.
