Lead Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a Lead Analyst in Risk Management Services, where you will play a crucial role in owning and executing various global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements and EY Policy requirements. This role will require you to work in an unstructured and complex environment, utilizing out-of-the-box thinking, logical reasoning, and effective verbal and written communication skills to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research using systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques - Study research findings to draw inferences and conclusions - Utilize analytical and project management tools to complete assigned projects within stipulated timelines - Facilitate and drive processes to completion - Review team deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness - Identify and execute process improvement opportunities - Develop subject matter expertise in RMS wide process & policies - Provide feedback to team members to support their development - Drive business development conversations with Global, Area, and Regional Risk Management and Service Line Quality leadership - Manage team performance, address conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment - Coordinate training schedules for team members Qualifications Required: - MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience - Exposure to handling international customers/client interaction - Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills in English - Knowledge of artificial intelligence for process automation - Experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment - Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network operating across six locations.
