Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on leading data transformation initiatives, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence tools, and machine learning, with a demonstrable ability to demonstrate data to drive strategic insights and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of projects focused on data intelligence, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for demonstrating data and analytics to drive business improvements and innovations across various projects.
- Design, implement, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear and actionable insights for customers.
- Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines and processes to ensure integrity, availability, and usability in collaboration with the GSIE squad.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets in partnership with the Advanced Analytics team.
- Establish standard methodologies for data checks, review assurance, and documentation to ensure reliable data usage.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior data analysts and team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in data intelligence.
- Communicate findings and insights through engaging presentations and analyses, ensuring complex information is accessible and understandable.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning, evaluating their applicability to the organization.
- Collaborate with the Data and AI team to ensure projects support data intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications And Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience (typically 5+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
- Extensive experience with data engineering practices, including data modeling, ETL processes, and database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience in Databricks or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache, Alteryx, RPA technologies) to improve workflow efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn) and analytics methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
