Urgent opening for Leading Insurance Broking Company Role & responsibilities : Major Deliverables: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to prioritize training initiatives. Utilize surveys and focus groups to gather insights on training requirements. Develop tailored training programs that address identified needs. Manage the logistics of training delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant tracking. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure effective training sessions. Maintain training documentation, including records of attendance, feedback, and program evaluations. Implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Analyse training outcomes and adjust programs based on feedback and changing organizational needs. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in training and development. Competencies: Strong analytical and designing skills. Can independently conduct Training Needs Identification. Can largely leverage LMS to drive training. Can actively engage Vendor Partners and Stakeholders during program design. Has successfully managed training audit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environment. Desirables: Learning certification. Insurance/Insurance Broking business basics and market understanding. Strong creative and critical thinking abilities. Ability to manage work Independently.
