Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives of our West Zone by providing strategic HR support, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and project management. You will partner closely with Head HRBP - West Zone, Business Head - West Zone & City HR team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, including:
    • Job analysis, role profiling, and sourcing strategies.
    • Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinating interview panels and managing the interview process.
    • Extending job offers, conducting salary negotiations, and managing onboarding.
    • Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Project Management & HR Operations:

  • Manage and deliver HR projects within the zone, such as:
    • Employee engagement initiatives.
    • Learning & Development programs.
    • Performance management processes.
    • HR policy implementation and communication.
    • Employee relations and conflict resolution.

  • Track and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs for the region/zone.
  • Provide support to the City HR team.
  • Collaborate effectively with other HR departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in a multi-city or multi-state environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
