Role & responsibilities

The Recruitment Manager for the Guest House will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for all required positions, including housekeeping, kitchen, service, security, maintenance, and administrative staff. The role involves identifying manpower needs, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews and background verifications, and ensuring the timely appointment of reliable and skilled personnel. The Recruitment Manager will also attend job fairs, visit various locations, and proactively engage with potential candidates to ensure the right people are selected for the right roles.
