Job Description

Objective: Plans, perform and oversee all required activities to ensure smooth recruitment process.
Job Requirements: Must & should have experience on full Life Cycle of NON - IT Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Campus Hiring, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit profiles on time Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge along with Application Tracking System Should generate and maintain MIS reports.
