Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

  • Education:

    MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience:

    1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in an HR or staffing agency environment.

  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance.

  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • HR Systems:

    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Education:
