Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget.
Requirements
  • Education:

    MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:

    2-3 years in HR, preferably in a management role.
  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • HR Systems:

    Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Workday or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Education:

MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years in HR, preferably in a management role.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

HR Systems:

Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Workday or similar platforms.

Analytical Skills:
