Job Title: Hiring Manager – Digital Marketing

About Us: Digital Orix is a growing digital marketing agency managing multiple projects across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing. We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Hiring Manager who can drive our talent acquisition process, ensure smooth onboarding, and help us build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top digital marketing talent (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Video Editing, Sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Create job descriptions, manage postings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs.
• Negotiate offers, finalize hiring, and oversee smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
• Promote employer branding to position Digital Orix as a preferred workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in digital marketing industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing job roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,099.51 - ₹31,006.88 per month

Work Location: In person
