This hybrid role involves working from the Pune office and traveling up to 50% to support project sites in Dubai and Guinea. The role includes coordination with cross-functional teams, supervision of electrical works on-site, and ensuring adherence to technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engineering & Technical Coordination Review and coordinate electrical design packages including SLDs, cable sizing, load calculations, earthing, lighting, and power distribution systems. Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, NEC and project-specific standards. Collaborate with design consultants and internal engineering teams for timely issuance of deliverables. 2. Site Execution & Supervision Oversee on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable trays, and automation panels. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and site teams for execution quality and safety compliance. Resolve technical issues and support field modifications as needed. 3. Planning & Schedule Monitoring Support the creation and tracking of L4/L5 schedules related to electrical work. Monitor resource deployment, material usage, and contractor billing verification. Assist in maintaining control over scope, cost, and time parameters of electrical work packages. 4. QA/QC, Safety & Compliance Conduct inspections and quality checks for electrical installations in line with approved standards. Ensure all works comply with site safety norms and statutory electrical regulations. Participate in FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, and system handover protocols. 5. Vendor Management & Procurement Support Review and finalize technical specifications for MEP packages and equipment. Participate in vendor evaluation, procurement, and delivery tracking for long-lead items. Ensure all vendor documentation, approvals, and compliance records are up to date. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. 6 to 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and execution within industrial projects such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or pharma. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, ETAP, MS Project / Primavera P6 and standard office tools. Strong understanding of electrical safety, project documentation, and vendor coordination. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience working on international projects or multi-site industrial developments. Familiarity with energy management systems, automation, and power quality analysis. Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time for site coordination in Dubai and Guinea.
