Property Manager

Our requirement is more towards:

1. Property management - understanding- coordination and management of rental agreements, sale agreement, society admission / correspondences.2. Reasonable understanding & ability to coordinate property related disputes with lawyers and do follow up with directors guidance.3. Visiting properties and getting necessary renovation works done (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc).4. Finding brokers / property agents to rent out or sell any property.5. Document / correspondence management related to properties and related legal / administrative matters.6. Understanding of requirements and the ability to liaise with government agencies / Dy Registrar of Societies, Corporation, etc.7. Coordinate with local municipality for obtaining various business licenses (Shops & Establishment License, Factory License, English / Marathi name display license, electrical license, pollution NOC, etc)8. Decent communication skills to be able to record and provide accurate reports of visits / meetings / discussions etc. Ability to use a computer and draft letters in respect of above matters for finalising by director / senior.9. Ability to travel to various property sites and resolve any issues in respect thereof.
