Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Specialist based in New Delhi. The role includes identifying and acquiring land parcels, conducting due diligence, coordinating legal and administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The candidate will prepare and review land acquisition proposals, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and support land development projects through market research and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Land Acquisition, including knowledge of legalities and compliance processes
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence and managing land development projects
• Strong skills in Acquisitions and Market Research
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of local land laws and regulations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve contractual and project-related challenges
