Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Are you an experienced professional who understands the end-to-end land acquisition process and can independently drive deals from sourcing to closure?

🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Land Acquisition Specialist with strong industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to evaluate land parcels with accuracy and responsibility.

This is a crucial role where you’ll work closely with developers, landowners, brokers, legal teams, and authorities to close high-value land transactions.

📝 Key Responsibilities

✔ Land Sourcing & Identification

Identify potential land parcels suitable for residential/commercial development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and channel partners.

✔ Due Diligence & Documentation

Understanding of 7/12 extracts, title search, mutation entries, zoning, FSI calculations, and development control rules.

Coordinate with legal teams for documentation and compliance.

✔ Liaison & Coordination

Handle communications with government bodies, brokers, and stakeholders.

Ensure all approvals and documentation are complete before closure.

✔ Deal Negotiation & Closing

Negotiate commercial terms with landowners.

Oversee smooth and timely closure of deals.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

🔸 Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in land acquisition

🔸 Strong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and documentation

🔸 Excellent negotiation & communication skills

🔸 Ability to work independently and manage entire acquisition cycles

🔸 Strong network with landowners, brokers & local stakeholders
