Land Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end deals for a leading Real Estate Developer client. This includes sourcing deals, understanding markets, evaluating potential deals and partners, supporting due diligence, and concluding transactions independently for the assigned region. Your role will involve lead identification, conducting feasibility analysis, market research, financial modeling, project evaluation, negotiation with JV partners, legal checks, and deal finalization. You will work independently on real estate investments and business development activities to ensure sound investments with high ROI for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis using financial modeling templates to estimate revenue, profitability, investment, and IRR analysis - Generate leads through networking with IPCs, financial institutions, brokers, and other sources for land sourcing/identification - Meet landowners to understand expectations and deal evaluation - Compile costing and revenue assumptions, verify with different teams, and prepare business case proposals covering pricing, sales velocities, risk assessment, profitability, and investment analysis - Structure deals to maximize returns, negotiate with landowners, and discuss terms of joint venture Qualifications Required: - Comfortable with travelling - Experience in independently closing transactions Additional Company Details: You will work in an extremely successful team that is highly motivated and talented.
