Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and channel partners. ✔ Due Diligence & Documentation Understanding of 7/12 extracts, title search, mutation entries, zoning, FSI calculations, and development control rules. Coordinate with legal teams for documentation and compliance. ✔ Liaison & Coordination Handle communications with government bodies, brokers, and stakeholders. Ensure all approvals and documentation are complete before closure. ✔ Deal Negotiation & Closing Negotiate commercial terms with landowners.
