Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager based in Delhi, MI. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including evaluating tender requirements, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, contributing to procurement and sales-related activities, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality tenders. The role also involves managing project-related tasks and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications / Skills

• Proficiency in Tender Management, including preparation, evaluation, and submission of tender documents.
• Demonstrated expertise in Procurement and Sales to ensure effective coordination with stakeholders during the bidding process.
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee and align tendering activities with overall project timelines and objectives.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
