Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance & accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements and notes to accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind As). Review and analysis of trial balances, carry out regular ledger scrutiny and maintaining hygiene of books of accounts so as to generate various reports from ERP, smooth and errorfree. Perform various month closure activities (including posting closure entries in ERP) so as to timely close periodic books of accounts and to assist in preparation of periodic financial statements. Collate and compile various data as per requirement of Statutory Auditor. Monitor and stream line various procedures ensuring compliance with RACM (Risk Assessment Control Matrix), IFC (Internal Financial Control) and SOPs. · Monitor and stream line costing related procedures within ERP so as to ensure correct capturing of information enabling ERP to generate accurate costing reports, inventory valuation reports, variance analysis, vertical wise profitability statement etc. Initiate and drive digitalization & automation of various functions and procedures within ERP in line with statutory compliance, RACM, IFC and SOPs so as to overall improve and establish robust system. Preparation of various daily/monthly MIS report as per management requirement. Budgeting and forecasting activities. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Strong understanding of Ind As and Statutory Compliances. Proficiency in accounting software - ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preference: Candidates based out of or residing in Ahmedabad will be preferred. Candidates who have completed their internship or have past experience of working in the Big 5 accounting firms will have an added advantage.
