Tendering Manager

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and monitor tenders on

  IREPS, GeM, CPPP

  , and other government portals
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
• Prepare and compile tender documents including

  technical & commercial bids

• Upload bids online and ensure error-free submission within deadlines
• Coordinate with accounts, vendors, and management for pricing and documents
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, BOQs, and results
• Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and amendments
• Ensure compliance with Indian Railway and government tender norms

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in

  Railway / Government tender filling

  preferred
• Knowledge of

  IREPS, GeM portal, e-tendering systems

• Understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, EMD, and eligibility criteria
• Basic knowledge of

  GST, MSME, and statutory documents

• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PDF handling)
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Qualification:

• Graduate (preferred but not mandatory with experience)

Experience:

• 1–3 years in tender filling / government tender work
• Freshers with relevant portal knowledge may also apply

Location:

• Office-based / As per company requirement

Salary:

• As per experience and skill set
