Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Law, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in liasioning, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local building regulations, redevelopment laws, and government processes in Mumbai. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Other: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential.
