Description

The Executive/AM - Land Acquisition will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land for various projects while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role involves negotiating with landowners, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present land acquisition proposals to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the acquisition process.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project management to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of land acquisitions and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, landowners, and community stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a similar field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in market analysis and research methodologies.
• Knowledge of land acquisition processes and relevant regulations in India.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and land acquisition software.
