Role & responsibilities: 1. Drafting of various Contracts and Agreements pertaining to Corporate Legal and Litigation Management in NCDRC, State Consumer, RERA-Punjab/Haryana and Court Litigations 2. Monitor review the drafting of all Contract & Agreement related documents from a legal perspective and ensure minimal associated risks 3. Review and redline contracts and other project legal documents from covered jurisdictions, assessing implications that need to be brought to the project team and managements attention. 4. Reviewing, vetting, negotiating, and drafting a wide variety of client contracts including service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, Consultancy agreement, legal litigation document and other commercial contracts. 5. Experience in different kinds of suits such as recovery, declaration, possession, and injunction. 6. Reviewing vendor contracts such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscriptions etc. 7. Experience in initiating/defending/managing civil/commercial matters. 8. Preparation of case comments, vetting and finalising the replies of various class of litigations, notices, as also police notices from Gurgaon/Haryana. 9. Drafting and vetting of TPT and PTM of various banks and support CRM, draft various disclaimers for marketing team to be used in all type of Advertisements. 10. Litigation management, appearing before the Judicial and Quasi Judicial Authority, briefing of Council, Advocates & Solicitors 11. Ensure the smooth functioning of Projects and to resolve the legal issues. 12.
