About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to expand OYOs network by onboarding new hotels in Bangalore. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end business development independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and onboard new hotels into OYOs portfolio.
  • Manage the complete business development cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding targets.
  • Provide market feedback to strengthen OYOs expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development / Field Sales experience.
  • B2B experience in sectors like FinTech, Telecom, Hotels, Real Estate, or Internet companies is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate to Bangalore.
