Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Strategically plan and execute marketing activities on LinkedIn and Instagram to increase followers and engagement.
Follower Analysis & Growth:
Monitor audience insights, analyze follower demographics, and implement strategies to boost community size and interaction.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling posts, creatives, captions, and blogs aligned with the brand voice.
Video & Reel Creation:
Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
Promotional Campaigns:
Design and implement promotional activities, contests, and paid campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Online

Campaign Execution:
Plan, run, and monitor digital ad campaigns to achieve targeted reach and conversion goals.
Video Editing:
Edit marketing videos using relevant tools to ensure high-quality, engaging content.
Performance Tracking:
Prepare and present performance reports on campaign outcomes, engagement metrics, and follower growth trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Experience with paid ads on social media platforms.
