Floor Operation Executive

Position- Hiring Operations Executive Description - We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to perform the operations of newly upcoming Virtual Reality Theme Entertainment Centre and coordinate our on-the-road VR services.  This role combines on-site management, customer coordination, smooth daily operations, maintain high customer satisfaction and strategic communication with our headquarters international team.  1.  Customer handling Handling walk-ins / pre- booking customers etc. Taking them thru the Theme process Handling cash, credit/debit transactions Providing the walkthroughs or demonstrations to customers 2. Key responsibilities  2.1. Site management  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all equipment is functional and customers have an exceptional experience. • Manage inventory, including VR hardware, accessories, and consumables, and coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary. • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and promote events. • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation. 2.2. On-the-Road Coordination • Coordinate for setting up and running VR show experiences at external venues (e.g., parties, corporate events, fairs). • Ensure all on-the-road events are executed professionally, with timely setup and exceptional customer interaction. • Organizing logistical arrangements, including equipment transportation, venue setup, and event scheduling. 2.3. Reporting & Communication • Collecting customer feedback, and operational challenges. • Report directly to headquarters, providing updates on centre operations and on-the-road activities. Requirements • Minimum Graduate with min 1 year of experience from retail industry • Strong operations skills with the ability to perform day-to-day operational activities • Excellent communication skills. • Familiarity with Virtual Reality or entertainment/ gaming/ amusement park is a plus but not essential.
