Plan and direct for the training of employee including senior managers; Constant feedback through HR Skip meetings , one on one discussions etc Monitor complete Performance Management System (PMS) of all the verticals Responsible for overall Talent Management , Development , Engagement and Retention Taking care of complete employee life cycle management Preferred Attributes Experience in HR strategic initiative and execution In-depth knowledge of all HR functions Previous work experience in Talent Acquisition , HR Business partnering , Employee Relations and HR Operations Excellent leadership and team handling skills Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent Communication and problem solving Skills Grad or MBA in Human Resources Management Ability to train , coach , guide and motivate the employees Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
