Role & responsibilities Human Resources (HR): Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment and on boarding of workers, staff, and management employees. Oversee performance management, training & development, and employee engagement. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, etc. Maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll processing, and personnel records. Drive employee welfare programs and workplace culture initiatives. Support organizational development and change management initiatives. Industrial Relations (IR): Maintain peaceful and productive industrial relations with workers and unions. Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal. Liaison with labour departments, government agencies, and legal consultants. Negotiate and implement wage settlements and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other labour laws. Monitor contract labour management and compliance of third-party vendors. Preferred candidate profile KPIs / KRAs: Compliance with statutory HR & labour law requirements Industrial harmony and absence of IR disruptions Timely recruitment and low attrition rates Employee satisfaction and engagement index Number of training man-hours delivered Grievance resolution turnaround time
