Role & responsibilities Human Resources (HR): Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment and on boarding of workers, staff, and management employees. Oversee performance management, training & development, and employee engagement. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, etc. Maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll processing, and personnel records. Industrial Relations (IR): Maintain peaceful and productive industrial relations with workers and unions. Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal.
