Role & responsibilities Human Resources (HR): Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment and on boarding of workers, staff, and management employees. Oversee performance management, training & development, and employee engagement. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, etc. Maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll processing, and personnel records. Drive employee welfare programs and workplace culture initiatives. Support organizational development and change management initiatives. Industrial Relations (IR): Maintain peaceful and productive industrial relations with workers and unions. Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and grievance redressal. Liaison with labour departments, government agencies, and legal consultants. Negotiate and implement wage settlements and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other labour laws. Monitor contract labour management and compliance of third-party vendors. Preferred candidate profile KPIs / KRAs: Compliance with statutory HR & labour law requirements Industrial harmony and absence of IR disruptions Timely recruitment and low attrition rates Employee satisfaction and engagement index Number of training man-hours delivered Grievance resolution turnaround time

Role & responsibilities Administrative Support : Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently. Prepare minutes of the meetings (MOM) and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communications on behalf of the Director. Maintain records, files, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Organize travel arrangements international and domestic, itineraries, and accommodations.. Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate and communicate between the Director and department heads (Production, Quality, Purchase, HR, Store, Accounts, etc.). Follow up on assigned tasks with respective departments and ensure timely completion. Attend meetings with the Director and take minutes, ensuring action points are recorded and followed through. Business Support: Assist in analysing production, sales, and operational reports for decision-making. Support in strategic planning and internal reviews. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication (written and verbal) Strong organizational and time management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
