Preferred candidate profile: Position Name - Human resource -Business Partner Education - Bachelors / Masters in Human Resource 1. Directs a variety of human resource-related activities and initiatives to ensure that the organization's current and future HR requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's People strategy. 2. Collaborates closely with business leaders to understand business goals and translates them into HR initiatives. 3. Contributes to development and implementation of global HR/People strategies, policies, procedures, processes and systems to support business strategy. 4. Contributes to and leads assigned projects within own area of expertise. 5. Works in close collaboration with HRs in different countries to ensure information flow and efficient implementation of people practices. Other Requirements Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
