Role & responsibilities Drive the performance management process and culture in the plant Ensure timely PMS communication and process implementation for all employees at the plant Coordinate with the vendors for canteen, housekeeping and horticulture and manage their service quality Manage liaison with the necessary authorities such as SHO, SDO, electricity board, HSIDC, horticulture department, local police, vigilance, CID, HSEB. etc. for ensuring effective functioning of the facility Oversee and guide CSR related activities, identify prospective avenues for initiatives, conduct field visits to gauge actual progress and provide updates to the HOD and Corporate Management Team Work closely with the HoDs of all departments to ensure adherence to process timelines and initiatives Oversee all training and development initiatives at the plant, along with the team Review the finalized training calendar in line with the identified training needs and ensure effective implementation of the same Monitor and drive initiatives focusing on building people capability as well as Career & Succession planning Drive manpower planning exercise at the Plant and ensure adherence to the same post finalization Periodically review and ensure the efficiency of recruitment activities at the plant basis key metrics Guide the team in managing day-to-day HR operations activities such as joining formalities, induction, MIS etc. Review reports detailing HRD related updates and share the same with the HR Head for review Drive HRD related improvement projects at the plant including customer projects as well as internal improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S initiatives Preferred candidate profile
Role & responsibilities Design tooling using Computer Aided Design tools (Ideally Catia) Ensure strategies meet performance and quality requirements and statutory regulations Carry out engineering checks and reviews to ensure functionality of designs Participate in projects review meetings from estimating to part manufacture & coordinate with customers regarding product technical support Ensure customer scope and requirements are documented with change management Support manufacturing team to ensure parts manufacture within compliance and by the most efficient methods Determine project timelines and feasibility at RFQ & reduce turn- around time (TAT) Knowledge of carbon composites manufacturing processes using Prepregs and other processes like VARTM, RIM, etc., Knowledge on characterization of composite raw materials, fibers & Resin systems Determine laminates, sections & trailing edge for monolithic and foam components Prepare and maintain laminate check sheets, ply books and manuals Interact with the customer to understand product and process standard Establish product development strategy in collaboration with stakeholders from an engineering perspective Knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA / CTQ & prepare a feasibility report for part drawings received from R&D centers with suppliers Maintain all documents of APQP & PPAP document review and submission ontime Knowledge of ISO9001 : 2015, IATF : 2016, AS9100D audits as per Automotive & Aerospace standards Develop a strong team & ensuring that team members are motivated & trained to operate in all challenging situations Execute data release to shop floor and documentation activity for all 2D and 3D data Should be able to map all requirements through gap analysis; analyze workflow to provide solutions spanning proof of concept, presentation, product design & development (proto builds) and physical testing Work with close co-ordination with internal & external customers, Stakeholders & understanding requirements and identifying & suggesting appropriate improvements Partnering with quality in ensuring rigorous product deliverables testing to meet customer specifications Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones Develop & implement methods & procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures & research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, to inform management of current status of each project.
General Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of all support services. Maintain administrative records, correspondence, and documentation in an organized manner. Handle vendor management sourcing, negotiation, purchase order processing, and invoice follow-up. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to administrative functions. Canteen Management: Supervise canteen operations to ensure hygiene, quality, and timely food service. Coordinate with the canteen contractor for daily operations, menu planning, and billing. Conduct periodic inspections and feedback collection from employees. Housekeeping & Facility Maintenance: Oversee housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of office premises, factory, and common areas. Monitor performance of housekeeping staff/contractors and maintain checklists for daily cleaning schedules. Ensure timely waste disposal, and upkeep of infrastructure. Contract Manpower Management: Coordinate with contractors for deployment of manpower such as housekeeping, security, drivers, and support staff. Maintain attendance, billing verification, and compliance documentation of contract employees. Security Management: Supervise security operations and ensure safety of people, property, and assets. Coordinate with the security agency for deployment, duty rosters, and incident reporting. Conduct regular security audits and maintain visitor entry, vehicle movement, and gate pass records. Guest House Management: Manage company guest house operations including accommodation, housekeeping, and catering arrangements. Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of guest facilities. Maintain records of guest visits, occupancy, and expenses. Transportation Management: Coordinate company vehicle movements and employee transportation. Ensure timely maintenance, fuel records, driver scheduling, Maintain vehicle logbooks, insurance, and RTO documentation. Event & Office Function Management: Plan and organize corporate events, celebrations, training sessions, and official functions. Handle logistics such as venue, catering, seating arrangements, and guest coordination. Manage vendor payments and event documentation. SEZ & Statutory Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update SEZ-related documentation and records as per regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Development Commissioner’s office for approvals and submissions. Ensure compliance with SEZ and other statutory administrative norms. Other Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain fixed asset and inventory records for administrative items. Support HR department in onboarding, ID card issuance, and employee welfare activities. Prepare monthly MIS reports on admin expenses and activities.
