Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our team at Circle of Crust, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees in the food and beverage industry.
Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
Create engaging learning materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of training initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in food safety and hygiene.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online course creation tools.
