Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Marroitt, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide seamless service and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
