Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in food preparation and service.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and storage, to ensure seamless service.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
