Kiosk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all kiosk staff, including duty allocation, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the kiosk with a strong focus on customer service and quick service delivery.
• Handle crowd management during peak hours to ensure orderly service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk premises by effectively managing staff and ensuring regular cleaning schedules.
• Monitor and maintain proper service standards, food quality, and presentation at all times.
• Handle stock purchasing, including raw materials, consumables, and packaging items as per requirement.
• Maintain proper stock levels, avoid shortages, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and report any stock or quality issues to the management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Submit daily reports on sales, stock usage, staff attendance, and operational issues to the reporting authority.
• Support management in implementing new procedures, promotions, or operational changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in kiosk, QSR, food court, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to handle crowd pressure and multitasking during busy hours.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and purchasing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
