Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role involves leveraging expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning and Generative AI to optimize inventory and sales operations. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on enhancing demand planning and production processes. With a day shift schedule the consultant will contribute to improving supply chain efficiency and manufacturing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Kinaxis solutions effectively ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Utilize Generative AI to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve demand planning processes.
Develop and execute sales and operations planning strategies to align with business objectives and market demands.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
Oversee the implementation of Kinaxis Demand Planning tools to ensure accurate and timely delivery of forecasts.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding and utilization of Kinaxis functionalities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of supply chain processes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support production planning initiatives by integrating Kinaxis solutions with manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all planning and optimization activities.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kinaxis applications.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Supply Planning and Generative AI showcasing a strong understanding of inventory optimization techniques.
Exhibit knowledge in Kinaxis Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning with a focus on improving forecasting accuracy.
Possess experience in production planning and manufacturing contributing to enhanced supply chain processes.
Display familiarity with Kinaxis Fundamentals ensuring effective implementation and utilization of planning tools.
Show expertise in supply chain management with a proven track record of optimizing operations and reducing costs.
Highlight experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating adaptability and effective communication skills.
Present a strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights.
