Job Description

You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing various Kinaxis RapidResponse modules such as Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning. It is essential to possess in-depth knowledge of different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc., in at least one of these modules. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable about integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces. Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification is mandatory, while Contributor Certification is considered an added advantage. As a part of the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, contributing to the proposal document, providing inputs in the solution design process based on your expertise, planning configuration activities, configuring the product as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Moreover, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and focus on delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. An understanding of financial processes for various project types, pricing models, one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, and project and team management capabilities are essential for success in this role.,
