Additionally, you will participate in business and architecture planning sessions, anticipate future business and architecture changes, and devise solutions and solution architecture descriptions. Your role will involve translating business objectives and processes into a conceptual architecture that describes key functional and non-functional requirements. You will also be accountable for the quality of solutions throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and will document the current business processes using value stream mapping techniques to identify and address process bottlenecks. Core Competencies: - Strong functional configuration experience with ERP Systems (SAP) in the SD module (Sales & Distribution). - Domain experience in Core Manufacturing/Logistics with a focus on Logistics execution. - Experience with dynamic sales order management functions such as ATP, Outputs, Material Inclusion/Exclusion, CTO, MTO. - Proficiency in SAP SD areas like SAP Pricing, EDI, and IDOCS. - Understanding of the OTC process with integration with MM & FICO. - High level of motivation, self-starting ability, excellent follow-up skills, and a team-player mentality with the capacity to deliver within defined timelines. - Advanced written and oral communication skills, as well as skills in preparing and delivering presentations. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 7 years of related experience. - Ability to lead projects with an end-to-end view of planning, organization, and execution. - Excellent analytical and technical skills. - Willingness to work under limited supervision, deliver within defined timelines, and travel periodically based on business requirements.,
