Kinaxis Consultant

As a Supply Chain Planning Solutions expert with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support on various modules of Kinaxis Rapid Response such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, MPS, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Addressing and resolving issues reported by users on Kinaxis Rapid Response modules promptly and within agreed SLAs. - Collaborating with leads, business users, and business analysts on change requests. - Providing updates to the project management team on progress and issues. - Participating in requirement gathering sessions and deep dive business discussions. - Supporting change management, testing phases, and software version upgrades. - Configuring workbooks, worksheets, reports, forms, and scripts in Rapid Response based on solution design requirements. - Demonstrating expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response data model, control settings, and analytics. - Managing integration of legacy data, spreadsheets, and data in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Communicating effectively with customers and team members to understand requirements and discuss design options. - Leveraging domain knowledge in Pharma, Hi-tech, Manufacturing, or similar industries for supply chain planning processes. - Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions and 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Desirable experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response Author Level 1/2. - Knowledge of integration aspects with ERP applications like Oracle EBS/SAP is an added advantage. - Expertise in supply chain planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP. - Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and deliver results.
