Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: [Specify Location] Experience Required: 3 to 6 years Salary: As per last drawn CTC and experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage 12 key clients in a designated territory. This role is a blend of field sales and client relationship management , and is ideal for professionals who have a strong sales acumen and a passion for building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Take ownership of 12 strategic key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and revenue. Sales Execution: Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face client meetings. Achieve sales targets and KPIs assigned for the region. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues. Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, client status, and pipeline updates. Work closely with internal teams (product, support, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. Candidate Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in key account management, field sales, or a similar client-facing sales role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
