Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic engagement with enterprise customers
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Handle escalations with a focus on stability & resolution
  • Drive expansion, renewals, and revenue growth through value-led relationships
  • Build and deliver customer training & enablement sessions
  • Mentor and guide CSMs to improve delivery quality and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate feedback into improvements

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in Customer Success / Account Management
  • Experience working with clients in IoT / EV / Tech / SaaS / Mobility domains
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Capable of handling executive-level conversations and escalations
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and team-friendly leader
