Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic accounts

    , acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across sectors (BFSI, Healthcare, Tech, etc.)
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and cybersecurity needs to

    position relevant SaaS and managed services solutions

  • Work closely with

    pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams

    to ensure solutions are aligned with customer expectations
  • Create

    account growth plans

    , drive renewals, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and stakeholder engagement at CXO levels
  • Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring

    high CSAT and retention

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qseaps offerings, cybersecurity market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Track and report on account metrics (retention, expansion, health score) using CRM tools

Good to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in

    key account management or enterprise sales

    , preferably in

    SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT managed services

  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts (ACV 25L–5Cr or more)
  • Strong understanding of

    cybersecurity services, compliance (ISO, SOC, NIST), threat intelligence

    , or infrastructure security
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business problems and present ROI-driven proposals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and account planning tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles in

    BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing

    verticals
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as

    VAPT, MDR/XDR, SIEM/SOC, IAM

    , etc.
  • Strong networking abilities within the CISO/CTO community
