About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with partner banks/NBFCs.
  • Lead and monitor an offline sales team (56 members) to achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, track performance, and ensure process adherence.
  • Conduct regular bank visits, client follow-ups, and ensure timely closures (TAT management).
  • Design & coordinate training programs to improve sales efficiency.
  • Drive sales objectives and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in

    Loan Sales / Home Loan / BFSI Sales

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Excel & MIS reporting

    .
  • Proven experience in

    team handling & sales target achievement

    .
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
